Sharon Werne has been a prosecutor for Gibson County since 1995. Sharon is Chief Deputy and prosecutes cases primarily in Superior Court. Sharon does trial work for misdemeanor and felony cases including OWI and drug related trials. |

Deputy Prosecutor Timothy R. Fox |

Tim Fox was a deputy prosecutor in Vanderburgh County for five years before being hired as a deputy for Gibson County in 2007. Tim prosecutes cases primarily in Circuit Court. Tim does misdemeanor and felony trial work, drug cases, and supervises juvenile delinquency cases. |

Brendan Dix was in private practice immediately before joining the Prosecutor’s Office in 2007. Brendan primarily supervises the child support enforcement division, handles traffic court cases, and does some misdemeanor and felony trial work in either Circuit or Superior Court. |
